The has reported year-on-year sales success and market growth, with the new premises to be transformed over the coming months to accommodate rapidly expanding product development and manufacturing operations to meet this increased demand.

The new head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire is close to its existing base, which has been the company’s home for more than 15 years. Expected to be fully operational by July, Bar Graphic Machinery will then begin the transition to its new facilities. The existing facilities will initially run in parallel to ensure a smooth transition and that machine build times and schedules remain uninterrupted.

‘For the last two years we have been committed to finding suitable new premises to purchase and further expand the company,’ said its chairman Bill Rhodes. ‘This in its self has proved to be challenging.’

Annemarie Rhodes, Bar Graphic Machinery managing director, said: ‘For some time now, with our strong market position, it has been essential that we acquired larger premises to position the company for further growth. The new facilities are nearly three times the size of our current premises, enabling us to increase our productivity output to meet the high demand. They will house dedicated machine and fitting shops, a research and development centre, reception and showroom area with open plan design.

‘We are delighted to announce this investment which underlines our full commitment to the business. We are constantly developing and launching new products in our extensive portfolio, building on the success of our Elite range of converting and finishing equipment. Today’s announcement will give our organization the facilities it needs to ensure our success continues.’
