Effective from April 1, Needham will serve as the global COO for Multi-Color’s Consumer Product Goods division and Vadis Rodato will serve as the global COO for its Wine & Spirit division.

Floyd Needham has been with Multi-Color for seven years. For the last five years he was president of the converter’s North America Consumer Products division and prior to that was the vice-president of sales for the same business unit.

Vadis Rodato has been with Multi-Color/Collotype for 19 years, with 10 years of experience leading the company’s Asia-Pacific Wine & Spirit business as president, and two years experience serving as president of the North America Wine & Spirit division.

Both positions will report to Multi-Color president and chief executive officer Nigel Vinecombe.

Vinecombe said: ‘I am delighted Floyd and Vadis are taking on broader responsibilities and will bring their proven leadership and greater integration to our global operations in their respective market segments.’
