Nuova Gidue to host US REVO Open House
Nuova Gidue is to host an Open House event at All Printing Resources (APR) in November to showcase the REVO project, a network of eight industry suppliers looking to ‘revolutionize’ the flexo industry, to the US market.
Nuova Gidue hosted a REVO Open House at its headquarters in Florence, Italy, earlier this year. For the US Open House, taking place November 12-13 in Chicago, APR will host a Nuova Gidue REVO M5 17in-wide UV press in its tech center and offer technical support when needed to maximize the benefits seen from this revolutionary technology, including training and support for expanded-gamut printing.
Started in December 2013, REVO Digital Flexo Revolution is the name of a project team made up of AVT, Adare, APEX, DuPont, Esko, Flint Group, Nuova Gidue and UPM Raflatac.
Nuova Gidue said it has chosen to host an Open House event in the US after the strong interest shown by US converters during the Labelexpo Americas 2014 in the technology.
The Nuova Gidue M5 REVO UV flexo press to be shown APR will also feature all aspects of Nuova Gidue’s Excellence technology (ExcelPrint, ExcelDie and ExcelCut).
