BST eltromat has named Dr Jürgen Dillmann as its new technical managing director.
Dillmann has held several roles in construction, development and production. Prior to joining BST eltromat, Dillmann was responsible for global operations at Endress+Hauser SE in Maulburg, a manufacturer of measuring devices for the processing industry.
Dillmann said: ‘We will intensively deal with the question of how we can shape the transformation of the industry towards the digital age, while parallelly accompanying our customers. We will align and strengthen the worldwide organization of BST eltromat to support our globally-active partners. From us, they expect more innovation, assistance, and consulting when it comes to optimizing their own processes to allow them to remain competitive in their markets.’
For this purpose, Dillmann intends to direct the company’s product portfolio more and more toward the varied requirements of global markets and offer options for customers tailored to the different demands of their respective markets. Advancing the existing portfolio is to be another focus of his work at BST eltromat.
‘The arrangement of our product portfolio – which also takes into account the findings by our innovation management and the future market requirements we have identified – opens up a versatile potential when it comes to giving customers ground-breaking new solutions for quality assurance, helping to secure their economic success. Our products range from innovative components and systems to comprehensive automation solutions.’
Dillmann will work alongside Kristian Jünke, BST eltromat managing director of sales.
