Hanita Coatings, a supplier of topcoated polyester label face, has promoted Aviv Sotto to marketing and sales manager. Sotto, 31, will lead the sales and marketing team in Hanita and oversee Hanita’s regional sales operations. Sotto also continues in his present role as head of Hanita's Flexible Electronics division, responsible for the marketing and product development of RFID antennas.

‘Aviv joined Hanita Coatings as a youth, working in the coating department during vacations,’ recounted MD Sason Fluxman. ‘This experience gave him a unique hands-on knowledge of all Hanita's product and processes. After honing his commercial skills in the domestic market, Aviv took over Hanita's European sales, with a level of success that made him the natural candidate for the new position of marketing and sales manager.’

Sotto holds a BA in Economics and Business Management, and an MBA from the University of Derby.
