Jet Technologies expands customer service team

Due to its growing partnership with Gerhardt, Jet Technologies has increased staff numbers at its Sydney head office.

Rhoebee Clemente, pictured, is the latest addition to the customer service team. Her primary role will be to assist with the processing of enquiries and orders relating to the Gerhardt product range.

‘With the entire Gerhardt portfolio now available to Jet Technologies and increased demand for their tooling, we wanted to make sure that our clients continued to receive the excellent service they are accustomed to. For this to happen we had to employ a new team member.  With a background in technical drawing and computer aided design, Rhoebee was an obvious choice for the position. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn will no doubt make her an integral part of the Jet Technologies customer service team,’ said Mark Simpson, product support manager.

In addition, Michael Truong, based at Gerhardt Australia in Melbourne, has become an extended member of the Jet Technologies customer service team. With eight years experience in the production of rotary tooling, Truong will be able to assist customers directly or via Jet Technologies with any sales or technical questions.
