Flexographic printing press manufacturer K2 Flexo has appointed Barry Deri to the position of UK sales manager.

Barry Deri is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University with an honors degree in applied chemistry. His career in the field of inks has included managerial and technical positions at BASF, Akzo Nobel Inks and Flint Group.

‘Deri’s on press experience and background in ink formulations is a perfect match for the company,’ said Russell Oddy, managing director. ‘We are planning to grow our narrow web press range and introduce new mid-web technology. This appointment means our customers will be supported in both a sales as well as a technical capacity.’

A privately owned company based in Kidderminster, UK, K2 Flexo has over 25 years experience in manufacturing flexographic printing presses for the label industry.
