LasX has updated its leadership team to enhance the company’s long-term commitment to laser processing.
William Dinauer has been promoted from president to CEO, with Ryan Falch promoted to president from his role as director of the company’s laser equipment division.
Falch plans to focus and scale the company through operational excellence in his new role, as well as cultivating a strong company culture and vision. Dinauer is to focus on growing the company's global presence. Expanding LasX Europe and developing worldwide distributors and strategic relationships will be his top priority.
Falch said: ‘Our company has spent the last 20 years building an amazing technology platform with robust engineering and automation capabilities. We will shift the core of our business from custom engineering and short run manufacturing to better defined platforms that include both equipment products and contract manufacturing solutions.
‘It is extremely important the direction of our company is communicated on a level that allows every employee to feel part of something bigger than themselves and their role is strategically important to the growth and performance of our company.’
Dinauer said: ‘I look forward to working with Ryan to take LasX to the next level in delivering outstanding laser processing solutions to our customers. Ryan’s priority is to focus LasX’s strong technological base and exceptional talent towards maximizing our customer’s experience and satisfaction with our solutions. Working with Ryan these last two years gained my trust and confidence that he is the right person to lead LasX.’
