Michelman has appointed Richard Yang to support its continued growth and expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

Michelman has appointed Richard Yang to support its continued growth and expansion in the Asia-Pacific region

Yang has been appointed as Michelman’s new regional sales manager in the Asia-Pacific region, Chemical Specialties, and as its China country manager.

In this role, Yang will be responsible for growth initiatives and strategic planning in the Asia-Pacific region, and will direct the company’s sales team in the area, including agents and distributors. 

Yang will serve on Michelman’s Chemical Specialties and Asia-Pacific Leadership teams, and will work closely with the company’s regional and global marketing and technology teams.  He will work out of Michelman’s Shanghai offices.

Yang brings over 20 years of experience, most recently serving as regional business manager in the Asia-Pacific region at Honeywell.
