Novamelt-Jowat introduces new management team

Novamelt-Jowat has made a number of appointments to its management team responsible for the North American market.  

Jim Auber has hired as the general manager of Novamelt-Jowat in Archdale, North Carolina.  Auber brings 19 years of adhesive application and web converting industry experience. He was the senior manager for global focus markets at Nordson Corporation and was most recently the North American marketing manager at Bekaert Corporation. Auber has an MBA in international business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a BA in economics and German from Clark University

Carla Hartman has joined the company as the North American sales and market development manager. Most recently she worked for Cytec Engineered Materials as a sales manager within the pressure sensitive adhesives group. Hartman has an MBA from the University of Richmond and a BA from the College of William and Mary.   

Barbora Lanova joined Novamelt-Jowat in January after two years with Novamelt in Germany. She is the new R&D and application service manager. Lanova has a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Bonn in Germany and an MS in chemistry from the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic
