Kakita has been at the helm in Amstelveen, Netherlands for the last four years. During that time, the company experienced growth in all areas of its business, but particularly in the supply of digital inkjet equipment.

Fujii said: ‘It is a pleasure to take up this role, and to have the opportunity to work with the team here in Europe. In particular, I am keen to meet new and existing Screen customers and to develop strong partnerships beneficial to everyone. Digital inkjet has come of age, and Screen has a superb portfolio of products designed to meet the needs of the market sectors we serve.’

Bui Burke, Screen Europe senior vice president added: ‘Our congratulations go to our colleague Kakita on his promotion.
