BST eltromat International has named Eumatex as its new sales and service partner in Hungary.

Founded in Pyhra, Austria in 1984, Eumatex represents well-known European machine suppliers specializing in flexo and gravure printing and foil extrusion in both its local market and various Eastern European countries. With its expertise and local presence, Eumatex ideally complements BST eltromat’s global sales and service network.

Alfons Seac, region sales manager at BST eltromat and responsible for Eastern Europe and Africa, said: ‘We are highly focused on further improving our customer service in all regions where we don’t have our own local subsidiaries by working with exceptional sales and service partners. With Eumatex, we have found a new partner in Hungary with extensive expertise and practical experience, as well as an excellent network of customers.

‘In the flexible packaging market segment, for example, Eumatex has deep roots in the region that go back nearly 35 years. We plan to further strengthen our position in the Hungarian market in close cooperation with Eumatex.’

Eumatex CEO Stefan Faktor added: ‘BST eltromat’s broad portfolio gives our customers a wide range of opportunities to increase the productivity and stability of their production facilities while at the same time reducing waste. We also feel that BST eltromat has a clear edge in terms of the quality and reliability of its products and services in the market for quality-assurance systems for web-processing production processes. In short, our close cooperation with BST eltromat makes us an even more attractive partner for our customers.’

Eumatex sells a range of different products, including printing machines, laminators, slitters, and blow foil and flat foil extruders. ‘All of these production systems need quality assurance solutions; that’s another reason why BST eltromat is an ideal partner for us,’ added Faktor.
