Monotech Systems launches Colornovo UV inkjet press

Monotech Systems has launched its Colornovo full-color UV inkjet label press at Labelexpo India 2018, taking place this week in Greater Noida.

Based on Kyocera inkjet printhead technology, the press offers resolutions of 600 x 600 DPI, a speed of up to 70m/min along with CMYK +W in various print width configurations. It utilizes a web control system from Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM).

Alongside the press, Monotech Systems also launches digital label printing and finishing equipment such as UV inkjet full-color hybrid imprinting, digital UV screen printing (white), digital UV spot coating, digital UV cold foil systems and high speed hybrid imprinting systems for variable data printing that runs at 300m/min. 

All the machines are manufactured in India and are being demonstrated live on the show floor.
