Resource Label acquires Paragon Label

Resource Label Group, a full-service provider of pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC technology for the packaging industry, has acquired Paragon Label, a supplier to the premium wine segment.

Resource Label is a longstanding portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital, a New York-based private investment firm, and TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity investment platform of TPG

Located in Petaluma, California, Paragon primarily services premium wine customers in Sonoma and Napa Counties and offers flexographic and digital printing. Paragon is also equipped with proprietary finishing technology that enhances the shelf appeal of its customers’ products.

The acquisition bolsters Resource Label’s presence in the premium wine segment on the US West Coast
