This is E Labels’ second machine from Lemorau, having bought a EBR+ digital finishing machine at the previous Labelexpo Americas show in 2016.

The CTA 1500 semi-automatic core cutter provides automatic core length measurement and can make up to 40 cuts per minute, with a minimum 2mm (0.08in) cutting length. It features user-friendly software and a multi-language touch screen.

Lemorau’s CFO and sales director Susana Teixeira said: ‘It was a pleasure to receive E Labels CEO Mr Carlos Rivera. Mr Rivera is our client since Labelexpo Americas 2016, when he invested in a Lemorau EBR+ digital finishing machine. It gives us tremendous gratification to see our clients satisfied with our machines and coming back for more.’

E Labels CEO Carlos Rivera commented: ‘The semi-automatic core cutter is an excellent concept. I purchased an EBR+ rotary/semi-rotary die-cutter a year ago, when looking for a finishing system for digitally printed labels, and it was a great fit at a great price. We also use it to die-cut thermal transfer ribbons and as a simple rewinder: it’s an excellent machine.’
