Primeflex Labels invests in 8-color Nilpeter FB-3

Primeflex Labels is focused on producing labels for food and beverages, cosmetics, consumer products, meat products, as well as flexible packaging such as pouches and wraparounds.

Primeflex Labels has experienced steady growth every year since it was founded in 1997. To meet the increasing demand it has decided to invest in the Nilpeter 8-color FB-3 servo flexo press, which was installed in March.

The new press is a multi-substrate, servo-driven flexo press with UV curing, which runs up to 560ft/min. The press features Nilpeter’s Cleaninking chambers.

The high level of automation, and ease of use to minimize waste and increase efficiency offered by the FB-3 were key factors in its decision to invest.
