South Africa’s Silverline Print purchases 8-color Edale FL3

Silverline, an existing Edale customer, offers label products to various industries including pharmaceutical, health and beauty, and the food and beverage market. South Africa label converter Silverline Print has invested in an 8-color Edale FL3 flexo press to help it, ‘keep up with trends’.

Silverline, an existing Edale customer, offers label products to various industries including pharmaceutical, health and beauty, and the food and beverage market.

The Gauteng-based printer’s Edale FL3 has a 350mm web width, UV drying and an array of rail mounted options including a turnbar, inter-print lamination, cold foil and a delam/relam module. It can be further upgraded in the future.

Chris Welthagen, co-owner of Silverline Print, said: ‘With the need to upgrade equipment to keep up with the trends, the technology within the Edale FL3 meant it was the right choice for our business.’
