Wilkri Etiketten completes Wanjie WJPS-450 installation

The Wanjie WJPS-450 has a speed of 30-150 prints/min with a web width of 450mm (maximum printing width of 440mm).

While an offset press, the machine can be equipped in a hybrid configuration with the following printing modules: flexo insert for offset unit, flexo unit, screen printing unit, cold foil stamping, hot foil stamping and rotary die-cut ting. In addition, automatic register control and remote ink duct control can be added.

The investment was reported last summer. Wilkri Etiketten stated that it has ‘completed its portfolio of printing technologies’ with the addition of the press from Hebei Wanjie. Its subsidiary, Wanjie Europe, is based out of Spain. Wanjie Europe has been created by Grupo Impryma and Chinese manufacturer Hebei Wanjie Machinery to sell its WJPS semi-rotary offset machines in Europe. It also takes care of installation, training and after-sales service for Wanjie WJPS machines.

The self-adhesive label manufacturer, based in Reutlingen, Germany, produces labels for the food, beverage, automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemistry and textile markets.
