Domino, a manufacturer of coding and marking equipment, has been selected as one of Chicago’s ‘101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For’. The award is presented by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) in which local companies are honored. Winners are selected by an independent market research company, which reviews extensive data, as well as input from an independent panel of judges.

Companies are evaluated based on their competency in the areas of communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multi-culturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance.

‘At Domino, we strive to attract, retain and develop the best people in the industry,’ said Mike Brown, president. ‘I am so proud to be recognized as one of the 101 Best and Brightest companies to work for. This award highlights our continued commitment to recognize our employees as our most important asset. Our success as an organization couldn’t be achieved without our exceptional employees.’

The National Association for Business Resources will honor Domino and other winning companies on August 2 at the Chicago Oak Brook Marriott.
