Filtrona acquires BP Labels

Filtrona has completed the acquisition of Cardiff, UK-based self-adhesive label converter BP Labels. The purchase is said to be ‘highly complementary’ to Filtrona’s coated and security products division.
The consideration for the acquisition is up to a maximum of GBP £4.5 million.
