Flexo Concepts, manufacturers of MicroClean roll cleaning systems and TruPoint plastic & composite doctor blades, has announced that it has begun shipping its MicroClean plastic media and various cleaning products from a new warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company is now shipping its MicroClean media from three locations, including its headquarters in Plymouth, Massachusetts, further speeding delivery times and cutting freight costs for their customers.

The Charlotte site represents Flexo Concepts' second warehouse opening this year, following one in Cincinnati, Ohio in March, and points to the company's ongoing dedication to improving service to its customers. ‘It is our objective to deliver high quality products quickly and consistently,’ said Greg Howell, COO. ‘Our flexibility in shipping enables our customers to maintain leaner inventories and operate more efficiently.’ MicroClean media orders are now reaching customers in the United States in one-to-two days.

The company's reputation for super-fast deliveries has been bolstered by the additional warehouse locations as well as the expansion of its exclusive QuikShip program to include the MicroClean media in May. The program, introduced in 2004 to TruPoint doctor blade customers in the corrugated industry, now guarantees 24-hour fulfillment of MicroClean media orders.
