Flint Group begins rotec Hybrid Sleeve manufacturing in Germany

Posted in Latest News on May 20, 2010

Flint Group Flexographic Products has begun manufacturing its rotec Hybrid Sleeve at its plant in Ahaus, Germany, in addition to the current production in Arden, North Carolina, USA

Due to its hard fiberglass composite surface, the rotec Hybrid Sleeve demonstrates high resistance to solvents and inks and is said to guarantee permanently low tolerances, which remain stable even under the influence of temperature and humidity. Therefore the thin-walled sleeves allow the printer to leave print jobs mounted, while the sleeves are also capable of dealing with special stress with almost no impact to the service life or the printing process.

The rotec Hybrid Sleeve, available in wall thicknesses from 1mm to 2mm for almost all print repeats and lengths, can be ordered directly from Flint Group Flexographic Products’ customer service in Germany (+49 2561 9826 0).
