Kodak-Creo acquisition receives final approval

Regulatory authorities in South Africa have approved the proposed acquisition of Creo by Eastman Kodak Company. South Africa’s action follows approvals by the Creo board and shareholders as well as regulatory approvals received from authorities in Canada, the European Union and Israel and the United States. No further regulatory approvals are required. Creo and Kodak anticipate that the transaction will close within the next three days.
