MacDermid users win nine French FTA awards

Posted in Latest News on December 23, 2009

ATF Flexo (Association Technique Francaise de Flexographie, or the French FTA) has announced the winners of its annual flexography awards contest, dubbed ‘FlexoStars 2009’.

Printers using MacDermid plates fared well in the contest, winning nine awards in 14 categories. Eight out of nine award-winning submissions using MacDermid plates were printed using MacDermid’s Digital Rave. Digital Rave, introduced in 2006, has been used by printers who need a high durometer digital plate for consistent, low dot-gain print performance.

The submissions printed with MacDermid plates received four gold awards, four silver awards and one bronze award.

Full details about all of the ATF Flexo award winners can be found on the association’s website at http://www.atf-flexo.com/event.php?id=2.&langs=en
