Accraply, Flint to cohost heat shrink sleeve workshop

Organized in partnership with AWA Alexander Watson Associates, the workshop, which includes an optional Spanish translation, serves as an interactive guide to the technologies and processes involved in the production and application of shrink sleeve labels. Day one of the event is hosted by Flint Group Narrow Web at its Rogers, Minnesota, facility, and Accraply hosts the second day in Plymouth, with live equipment demonstrations from the division of Barry-Wehmiller.

By incorporating classroom presentations with onsite demonstrations, the workshop offers an opportunity for those who seek to gain a sound education in heat shrink sleeve technology. The event also includes a ‘cures and remedies’ panel discussion between attendees and industry specialists. In addition to Accraply and Flint Group Narrow Web, the workshop is supported by Klöckner Pentaplast, Creative Edge Software, Phenix Label Company and CSW.
