Alpha-UV launched as online marketplace for UV products

Alpha-UV has been launched as an online marketplace for UV products, and to allow Alpha-Cure to reach a wider audience with a range of complementary products to its UV lamps.

Alpha-UV is aimed at commercial users of UV curing technologies

Alpha-UV supplies the plastic packaging, print and graphics, metal decorating, automotive, woodworking, coating and finishing, electronics, and water and air disinfection industries, in addition to others.

A sister company to Alpha-Cure, the UK-based UV lamp manufacturer, Alpha-UV is aimed at commercial users of UV curing technologies, offering a range of UV accessory products and Integration Technology LED systems. Manufactured lamps from Alpha-Cure are not being sold through the site. The accessory range includes mercury spill kits, lamp testers, lamp holders, ballasts and reflectors. A range of reflectors and quartz plates are available to purchase online, however if a product is not listed the customer has the option to contact Alpha-UV who says it will work to meet their requirements where possible. A range of UV disinfection products for the disinfection industries will be added shortly.

Products can be shipped worldwide, with a selection of delivery options available, including free worldwide delivery for a limited time and a half price lamp tester with all orders over 250 GBP (387 USD), with the site itself, www.alpha-uv.com, to be translated into various languages in the future.

‘We are very excited to be launching Alpha-UV,’ said Alpha-Cure/Alpha-UV commercial director Mark Loveridge, ‘as we saw the opportunity to move into the popular e-commerce platform to reach a wider audience with a range of complimentary products.

‘We have a very talented technical team and a knowledgeable sales team to offer advice and support to our customers. We believe this matched with our competitive pricing gives a compelling offer to any potential customer.’
