Fort Dearborn has completed its acquisition of NCL Graphic Specialties

Fort Dearborn has completed its acquisition of NCL Graphic Specialties, enhancing its position in the decorative label and packaging market by broadening the company’s geographic footprint, capacity and capabilities.

NCL Graphic Specialties has two facilities located in Waukesha and Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, bringing to a total of 17 production locations across North America for the combined organization. The combination will broaden both companies’ capabilities to provide an even higher level of service to customers. The company’s product offering will now include cut & stack, pressure-sensitive, roll-fed, shrink sleeve, stretch sleeve and promotional labels, as well as flexible packaging.

Fort Dearborn CEO Kevin Kwilinski said: ‘We look forward to working with our NCL associates and together bringing new capabilities and services to our customers.
