Global Graphics prepares for Labelexpo India

This will include two printing presses and other off-line converting and finishing equipment.

The Weigang Machinery stand will have on display a ZX-320 intermittent offset and ZBS-320G flexographic print presses.

The ZX-320 is a 6-color press with features such as in-line cold foiling, flexo varnish and semi-rotary die-cutting unit. It is an intermittent UV offset press driven by Bosch Rexroth servo systems. Thus, labels of variable repeat length can be printed on this press without changing the print cylinders, and also die-cutting to any size without changing the magnetic cylinder.

Naalin Sharma, director at Global Graphics, said: ‘The offset technology produces high quality image reproduction with sharp prints. Thus, this press offers superior print quality with minimal plate cost as it uses the PS plates.’

ZBS-320G is a 7-color, full UV press. It comes with a triple die-cutting station and a sheeter conveyer.

As well as equipment from Weigang Machnery, Global Graphics will be demonstrating further off-line converting and finishing equipment, including a slitter rewinder with camera system for 100 percent inspection of labels and an off-line label punching machine especially targetting the die-cutting of unsupported substrates for applications like beer labels and aluminum foil lids.
