Linx extends support in Nigeria

Coding and marking specialist Linx Printing Technologies has strengthened its presence in Nigeria with the appointment of two new distributors.

The availability of its laser marking technology through Bot Engineering identified as extending the choice of technologies available for pharmaceutical and bottling applications

Bot Engineering, based in Lagos, will sell and support Linx Printing Technologies’ range of laser marking systems, while Green Poplar Nigeria in Shangisha will offer the company’s continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers. Both Bot Engineering and Green Poplar Nigeria have extensive experience in the packaging machinery sector, supplying and supporting a variety of complementary equipment.

Linx Printing Technologies said Nigeria is host to many multinational companies, and its technology can help businesses of all sizes minimize downtime and increase productivity on manufacturing lines in a variety of industries, including food and drink, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

In particular, the company identified the availability of its laser marking technology through Bot Engineering as extending the choice of technologies available for pharmaceutical and bottling applications.
