Mona Equipments increases capacity

Indian manufacturer of doctor blades for flexo and rotogravure printing presses, Mona Equipments, has installed two new automatic vertical machining center (VMC) machines for milling at its new export plant in Noida.

After this addition, the production floor now runs a CNC machine, automatic cylindrical grinder and three VMC machines for matching product requirements in the global market. The new factory had started production on May 1, 2015.
 
Pawan Kumar Singh, managing director at Mona Equipments, said: ‘Our overall production has gone up by 17-20 percent in the last four months. The VMC machines were installed in April 2016 and two more similar machines have been ordered from Italy and will be installed by the end of August.’
 
Mona Equipments, a regular participant at Labelexpo India and Labelexpo Europe, will launch half inch shaft with a length of up to one meter in the Indian market at the trade show to be held between November 17 and 20 at India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. Singh said that the product is selling well across Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Gulf, the UK, Egypt and many other countries in the world.
