The 8-color lineshaft press includes combination drying systems for labels, tickets and board, with IR, UV and UV LED including chill rolls for unsupported films. The new drop in cylinders ensures fast set up and consistent quality printing throughout the press.

Deepak R Bedi, director at Glamod Techno Labels said, ‘Printing today requires the ability and confidence to serve a wide range of markets. The ability to produce small volumes balanced with high productivity, cost-efficient operation and versatility while maintaining key elements of quality are essential. Considering these, we are happy to add Focus Proflex to our production portfolio. We are associated with Monotech Systems since a long time and also have basysPrint UV CtP systems at our facility. Other advantage of having Focus machinery is that it is being offered in India by Monotech Systems which has a good brand value, reputation and excellent technical support.’

T. P. Jain, managing director, Monotech Systems, said, ‘We are proud to bring the latest label press Proflex E from Focus to Glamod Techno Labels, Mumbai. Glamod has rich experience in prepress and label printing and as a discerning customer they did evaluate all available options in the market and found Focus Proflex as most suitable to meet their exacting needs. We are very happy to have Glamod on board.'

'We are delighted to partner with Focus who have tremendous engineering strength besides being very flexible to provide customized solutions for every need in flexo printing,' he added.

The Proflex E  flexo press was launched at Labelexpo Europe 2015.
