Nilpeter to showcase FB3300S at Labelexpo India
Nilpeter will demonstrate its FB 3300S press at Labelepxo India, to be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from October 29 to November 01. The press will produce value-added beer labels and labels for the health and beauty sector at the show floor.
The FB 3300S is a narrow web, 8-color servo flexo press with a short web path, and includes a gravure unit for metallic inks, solids, and coatings. The press is also equipped with corona treater, web cleaner, chill drums on all units, movable cold foil, and a 100 percent print defect inspection system.
The maximum web speed of the press is 750 feet per minute. Other features include splicing table with pneumatic hold down bars, ergonomic slide-out print stations, easy-to-use operator interface and advanced die-cutting and drying systems.
The gravure unit features adjustable doctor blades, an ink-circulation system, viscosity control, and a drying and vacuum system. The unit is prepared for both front- and reverse-side printing, and offers quick job-change and setup.
