Partners further LED UV technology seminar series
Phoseon Technology, Flint Group Narrow Web and Mark Andy are continuing their joint seminar series on LED-UV technology for narrow web label printers with a one-day event in Plymouth, Minnesota on June 11.
The seminar will take place at Flint Group's Center for Technical Excellence in Plymouth and include live demonstrations on a Mark Andy flexo press. Using the press, industry experts will demonstrate how LED-UV curing technology is a ‘game-changer for narrow web and label printing applications’.
The three partners have already hosted events in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago under the title ‘UV LED - A Bright Future Awaits’. The events were targeted at brand owners, decision makers and management of narrow web tag and label printers looking to learn more about the benefits and impact of transitioning to LED-UV curing.
At the seminar on June 11, topics to be covered will include: a market and application overview; printing press technology; inks, coatings and adhesives LED-UV; lamp technology; LED UV for unsupported/heat sensitive substrates; and the benefits of LED-UV for food packaging.
This technical seminar is free of charge to attend and will be filled on a first come, first reserved basis. The hosting companies reserve the right to restrict attendance to label and packaging converters. Register for the seminar here.
