Prati Open House to focus on automation

To run under the banner Experience the Automation, the event will detail how to maximize productivity, reduce human mistakes, and generate standardized and consistent performance in quality, service and reliability.

Key products to be on show include the new linerless concept powered by Ritrama, Prati and Ilti, the VEGAPlus Core. Guests will also have the opportunity to see the Saturn Omnia, an all-in-one system for finishing self-adhesive labels, in-mold labels, unsupported films, tags and papers – in roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet and roll-to-stack configurations.

Further, Prati will present the technology of the glueless STARPlus with its ultra-quick job changeover. The Alhena multishaping converting machine will be on show too, processing wet-glue labels and in-mold labels on two separate units both equipped with a universal automatic stacker.

The Saturn Bidi, a buffer-free bidirectional machine for fast and safe mode inspection, will be presented for the first time with the FastCut automatic knives positioning system.
