As part of winding up its aqueous inkjet label printer business, Rapid Machinery Company has a limited number of complete print engines available for sale as spares.

Once exhausted, Rapid will not be supplying any more engines. This offer is only valid for existing Rapid X1 and X2 users whilst stocks last.

Rapid Machinery closed its X1/X2 business after Memjet altered the conditions of the companies’ OEM agreement.

Rapid Machinery founder Bruce Mansell said: ‘There are roughly 340 Rapid X1 and X2 machines spread around the world. Our local market customers in Australia and New Zealand have almost all purchased one of these spare engines to double the life expectancy of an X1 or X2. They will only fit Rapid licensed Memjet machines as they are loaded with our firmware, modified and tested to suit our machines.’
