Rotocontrol confirms two label finishing machine sales in Spain

Adhesivos Ezquerro has ordered an RSC slitter rewinder, and Etiquetas Adhesivas Rever a DT series for converting and finishing digitally created labels.

Adhesivos Ezquerro specializes in both packaging and labels produced using offset and flexo, supplemented with finishing capabilities such as silk screen and hot/cold stamping. The RSC slitter rewinder on order for Adhesivos Ezquerro, its second RSC series investment, features 100 percent servo motor control, a 440mm web width, a slitting system for shear or razor cartridges, vertical inspection zone, automatic tension control and a TubeScan digital strobe for inspection.

Etiquetas Adhesivas Rever manufactures an extensive range of self-adhesive labels and has both digital and flexographic print capabilities. It recently installed a second Screen Truepress Jet L350UV digital label press, which has necessitated the digital label converting investment, which features a fully integrated flexo printing station and semi-rotary die-cutting unit.
