Rotocontrol secures booklet machine order at Labelexpo Americas from Power Press

Rotocontrol has received an order for its booklet machine at Labelexpo Americas from Brazilian label printer Power Press.

The order was led by Marcelo Zandomenico of MZ Maquinas, the local Rotocontrol agent in Brazil, and was accepted onsite during the exhibition by Marco Aengenvoort, managing director of Rotocontrol.

The high-speed booklet machine is fully electronic controlled, provides a feeding unit for dispensing the inserts, is available in all current working widths up to 510mm and produces booklet labels with variable scopes and formats.

The booklet machine is equipped with a Longford International OS700X booklet feeder for the creation of extended content labels. The OS700X has proven production speeds of up to 35,000 pieces per hour with a placement tolerance of +/-0.5mm.

Power Press produces a range of self-adhesive labels for the chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, aluminum and plastic industries including barcode labels, pre-printed thermal labels, tags for clothing, booklet labels and more.
