RotoMetrics announces partnership with Graphic Open Systems

RotoMetrics and Graphic Open Systems (GOS) have agreed a strategic partnership for south eastern Europe that will allow both companies to ‘extend their geographical reach and market penetration’.

Sebastian and Adriana Boureanu of GOS will take on the RotoMetrics’ business in south eastern Europe as a branded partner

RotoMetrics, a supplier of rotary die technology, and GOS, a distributor of printing and associated technology based in Romania, have entered into a branded partnership, whereby GOS will have direct access to RotoMetrics’ systems and support, which will enable it to provide a faster response to the demands of the local market.

The formal arrangement covers the countries of south eastern Europe, and James Wellsbury, European packaging director for RotoMetrics, said: ‘(The partnership) will build on a successful partnership that we have established with GOS in the Romanian market, and allow both companies to extend their geographical reach and market penetration.

‘The creation of a branded partner demonstrates to our customers that we are fully committed to developing RotoMetrics’ technology and service in south eastern Europe.  GOS has a wealth of experience and technical knowledge and is well positioned to offer customers local support.’

The announcement of the new partnership coincides with the launch of RotoMetrics' new portfolio of flexible dies known as Accu-Series.

GOS managing director Sebastian Boureanu added: ‘We have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with RotoMetrics and established an in-depth understanding of its technology and business in the area.  This new partnership will enable us to provide a better service to existing customers, as well as attract new business.

‘We are trading in a competitive market. By offering customers extra support we can add value to our offering, which we are confident will put RotoMetrics ahead of its competitors.’
