Shenzhen Rebone moves into new plant

Shenzhen Rebone Precision Machinery has moved into a new plant in Shenzhen International Low Carbon City.

The company hosted an event on July 14-15 to celebrate moving into its new plant in Shenzhen International Low Carbon City

The company hosted an event on July 14-15 to celebrate the occasion, including a tour of the new plant. More than 500 label printers and industry partners from both home and aboard attended the celebration.

Established in 2004, Shenzhen Rebone is focused on manufacturing equipment such as die-cutting and stamping machines. In 2011, Rebone developed its first high-speed gold stamping and die-cutting machine. With an in-house R&D team, the company owns its key systems and has more than 20 patents in place.

On the day of new plant celebration, Rebone exhibited the RBJ-pm-360 integrated high speed platen heavy die-cutting machine, with a running speed of 20000rpm per hour and 75m/min. The integrated machine can be switched between single and double portals, with the following process able to be selected: film pre-coating (vanishing); gold stamping (or protruding/embossing/positioning and gold stamping/or die-cutting); greasing (or film coating/inkjet coding); and die-cutting (or embossing/gold stamping/protruding). If greasing is not required after gold stamping, it can be switched to a two single-portal die-cutting machine. This machine can be assembled on a rotary printing press. Another model is RBJ-330B, a double-portal high-speed label gold-stamping and die-cutting machine, which is applicable for producing PS adhesive labels and post-press die-cutting. The highest speed of this machine is 25000rpm per hour and upto 75m/min.

In the opinion of Zou Ping, Rebone president, future die-cutting machines will be focused on efficiency, intellectualization and automation, in order to reduce the reliance on the operator’s experience.

Rebone is exhibiting at both Labelexpo Europe 2017 and Labelexpo Asia 2017.
