Sun Chemical wins Customer Excellence Award

Sun Chemical’s UK and Ireland customer service center based at Trafford Park has been awarded the Customer Excellence Award at the European Flexographic Industry Association (EFIA) Print Awards 2014.

The award was presented to the team for demonstrating an outstanding level of customer service. By entering, Sun Chemical’s Customer Service Team demonstrated its process of continuously improving and showcasing their ‘right first time’ approach.

Sun Chemical’s entry contained information on training, measurements and approach to customer service, as well as its integration with the rest of the business.

The company’s UK and Ireland packaging division also picked up the silver award for Supplier of the Year, which is based on independent nominations from printers.
