acpo, a US-based manufacturer of polyesters and polypropylene PSA roll label films, has launched a range of self-wound overlaminates specifically designed for digital printing operations.

Engineered with a proprietary adhesive formula, these self-wound overlaminates allow high compatibility with digital printing equipment and offer durability, scratch protection and attractiveness to the label. The product line consists of four facestock choices in various mil thicknesses to meet customer application requirements.  The clear polyester PSA roll label films give the extra benefit of offering UV screening and are available in standard or premium UV protection. The polypropylene self-wound overlaminates are offered in clear or matte finishes. Three film choices are available by roll and master, while the premium polyester UV screening product is offered in master only. For digital printer testing, acpo offers sample roll material upon request, while the company can also cater to customized digital print applications.

Located in Oak Harbor, Ohio, acpo is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company which practices Lean Manufacturing principles.
