Masterpiece Graphix introduces eco-friendly line for HP Indigo

Posted in New Products on September 22, 2008

Masterpiece Graphix has introduced its new eco-aware digital materials line ENVision, a series of roll and sheet Indigo products that give end users the freedom to choose their desired level of sustainability.

Derived from the concept of ‘visualizing a better environment’, MGX ENVision allows consumers to choose from Green, Greener, and Greenest category breakdowns that feature materials such as corn-based Earthfirst polylactic acid (PLA) film, wood-pulp derived Natureflex, and 100 percent PCW paper, offered with a range of adhesives including biodegradable, benign, or standard. The new line serves as an accompanying addition to Masterpiece Graphix’s push to promote the Green movement within the label industry, and coincides with its current measures including 100 percent wind-sourced energy to power the MGX coating facility and offices, and solvent-free, HP-approved coatings.

Currently featuring 15 unique products, the ENVision line-up is expected to expand as environmental awareness and interest within the industry increases.
