Posted in New Products on July 19, 2010

MPS has launched an updated version of its EC label printing press, which contains the company’s new Automated Print Control system and is aimed at facilitating short run production.

The company says that its engineers focused on reducing press set-up time and job change-over waste for the new version of the machine. It is equipped with an advanced heat management system, allowing film production, and MPS’s standard rail structure which allows flexible positioning of the converting functions.

The Automated Print Control system, together with a short web and easy press control, allows short runs to be printed ‘very productively’, says the company.
