Precise Graphic to launch five products at Labelexpo India
Precise Graphic, based out of Aurangabad, India, is to launch five new products at Labelexpo India, taking place at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from October 29 to November 1.
The five products will include a semi-rotary die-cutting machine, SR 330D slitter rewinder, in-line hot foil system, hot foil stamping cylinder and rotary die-cutting machine DC-330. The company has manufactured all products in-house.
Sanjeev Atre, managing director of Precise Graphic, said: ‘This is the first time that a semi rotary die-cutting machine has been made indigenously in India. It is my dream machine and we will launch it at Labelexpo India.’ Meant for digital and narrow web label industry, the machine includes features such as common magnetic cylinder, electronic unwind and rewind tension control and electronic web guide with ultrasonic web sensor.
The SR 330D slitter rewinder runs at speeds up to 125m/min. The basic model comes with a manual tension control but pneumatic and auto tension control are also available. The slitting station is equipped with shear knife as well as razor blade slitting option.
On display will also be an inline hot foil stamping system that can be retrofitted on most of the narrow web flexo printing machines. The process is controlled by PLC and an interactive HMI.
Other exhibits at the stand will include hot-foil stamping cylinders and DC-330 rotary die-cutting machine, mainly for blank label die-cutting with an in-line slitter.
