Rotary Technologies offers multi-layer label production

Rotary Technologies’ Servo 3000 infeed and reregister system brings advantages in the production of multi-layer labels, says the company. Booklet labels, extended content labels, instant redeemable coupons, and many other multi-web constructions, can be produced on the system, which is claimed to offer an unlimited amount of colors and high production speeds.

‘Traditional inline processes limit the use of color because the press colors are split among the number of layers and panels. Further the press operator must register the colors on both webs and then register the two web together. The Servo 3000 simplifies the process by automating complex tasks,’ said Joe Nicholson, president, Rotary Technologies.
