Spinnaker Coating unveils new polypropylene film

Posted in New Products on March 09, 2010

Spinnaker Coating has launched a 4 mil TC matte white polypropylene. The extra thickness of the film, compared to lower caliper material, makes it particularly suitable to thermal transfer machines, says the company.

The stiffness is said to be ideal for print-and-apply and print-and-present label applications. In addition to thermal transfer, it can also be printed by flexo, letterpress and screen. This facestock is available though the company’s Trimless program with adhesive options.
