Starfoil to show new foil cutting machine at Labelexpo

At Labelexpo Europe on stand 12U66, Starfoil Netherlands will demonstrate the ProLine 1620 and ValueLine 840 spooling-slitting machines as well as a new semi-automatic foil cutting machine, which has been developed for the professional foil user and resellers of hot stamping foils.
 
The sheet size of the company’s hot stamping and die-cutting machines varies from A3 size to 750mm x 1050mm, both in flatbed stamping as well as in cylinder stamping. The flatbed machines are equipped with Mabeg vacuum feeder and Siemens control system and motors.

The width of the spooling/slitting machines varies from 840mm to 1620mm and fall into a ProLine and ValueLine range to varying requirements and budgets. Machine options include waste rewinds, touch screen control and motor driven rewind rollers. All machines have accurate tension control and are equipped with razor blade slitting technique. Primarily developed for converting hot stamping foil, the machines are also suitable for converting various flexible packaging film.
