Rayven introduces ‘Any-Pak’ release liner

Posted in New Products on 19th April 2006

Rayven Inc., a provider of laminating, coating and converting services and expertise, has announced the introduction of its versatile 'Any-Pack' release liner. Like all Rayven products, 'Any-Pack' meets the highest industry quality standards.

The 'Any-Pak' liner was created with the packaging industry in mind for products including plastic bags, mailing envelopes, pouches and security bags. The release liners are constructed using a 2 Mil polypropylene as the substrate with a release coating that works well with hot melt and PSA adhesives. The liner will also include the printed message 'remove to expose adhesive' on one side.

One key benefit of the 'Any-Pack' release liner is that the product will be packaged and ready to ship in 24-48 hours from time of purchase. Currently, the release liner will be stocked in four popular widths of: 1.0', 1.25', 1.5', and 1.75' all by 12,000 feet in length. Other sizes will be available on a custom order basis.

'We have been selling release liners to the packaging industry since day one, but we decided to take it to the next level by having finished product stocked to reduce lead-times by up to four weeks,' explained Rick Mercado, director of sales for Rayven Inc. 'This is a big-time commitment on our part, but our customers will be the true beneficiaries by having quality product ship within 48 hours from the time they place their order. “Any-Pak” is another example of our diverse product offerings and shows we take listening to our customers seriously. Rayven will continue to offer new and improved products to meet our customers' diverse needs.'
