Kodak-Creo acquisition receives final approval
Regulatory authorities in South Africa have approved the proposed acquisition of Creo by Eastman Kodak Company. South Africa’s action follows approvals by the Creo board and shareholders as well as regulatory approvals received from authorities in Canada, the European Union and Israel and the United States. No further regulatory approvals are required. Creo and Kodak anticipate that the transaction will close within the next three days. Continue reading »
Creo shareholders approve acquisition by Kodak
Creo shareholders have voted to approve the acquisition of Creo by Eastman Kodak Company. At the meeting, shareholders also re-elected the ten current members of the Creo board of directors and re-appointed KPMG LLP as the company’s auditor for the ensuing year. Creo Board recommends acquisition by Kodak
Creo Inc. has entered into an arrangement agreement to be acquired by Eastman Kodak Company. The acquisition is to be completed by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under which Kodak will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Creo at a cash price of US$16.50 per share or approximately US$980 million.
