Varnishing unit
With the flexo varnishing unit it is possible to make plain backgrounds, applying pre-printing treatments such as primer and make Corona treatment. This unit is supplied with UV and IR dryers.
Laser die cutting unit
Whit the LASER unit it is possible to fulfil a huge number of elaborations such as die cutting any kind of shape, perforate, micro perforate, engrave, number, cut and kiss cut.
Flat bed die cutting unit
This unit can die cut, laminate and emboss. It is equipped with a centesimal comparator placed on four micrometrical screws that ease the adjustment and control of the deepness of cut.
Hot stamping unit
This unit can print, emboss and apply security holograms. Each head is independent from the others and is activated by a brushless motor. The optional double crosswise foil feeding is made by two stepper motors that allow to print with two colours at once on the same unit and to work using up to ten different steps on the same job. This markedly reduces the waste of material.
Silk Screen Printing unit
This unit can print, emboss with Braille effect and spot varnish. It is equipped with a high powered UV dryer. The spatula moves by means of a high precision brushless motor and parallel guides that keep a constant and perfect smearing of the ink on the whole working area.
LASER 350 compact
CARTES first developed and commercialized the LASER technology applied to self-adhesive label die-cutting. Today, 12 years later, there are more than 200 Cartes Laser die cutting machines installed in 34 countries around the world confirming that the CARTES LASER technology still represents the most successful solution worldwide. This machine can work as a standalone machine or in line with other machines. It can be supplied with single or double laser source and also with Radio Frequency power control.Videos
